Meet our Pastor & 1st Lady

Dr. Clarence Crayton Jr has served the Oceanside community for better than 50+ years. Dr. Crayton received his Bachelor and Masters of Divinity Degree from Bethel Christian College of Riverside, and He received an Honorary Doctor’s Degree from Faith Temple Christian College of Oceanside.

Dr. Josephine Crayton has a passion for serving The Lord and His people. God has blessed her to obtain a master’s degree in Pastoral Counseling from Bethel Christian College, as well as an Honorary Doctorate from Faith Temple Christian College. She is certified as a Facilitator for Prepare/Enrich Marriage Assessment, Life Innovations Inc., and Couple Communication of Interpersonal Communications Inc.

Drs Clarence and Josephine Crayton co-founded Faith Temple Ministries Incorporated on September 7, 1980 which is currently The Rise Church of Oceanside. Drs Clarence and Josephine Crayton are visionaries who live and believe in maintaining a high standard of integrity and godly character and are committed to spreading the gospel across the world.
